PC Game RAM question

PostPosted by Shinitenshi » Sat Nov 14, 2009 7:03 pm

I just bought Sims 3 for my oldest for x-mas and it states in the system requirements you need 1 GB of RAM. When checking my computer to make sure it had that it said I have .99 GB of RAM...will the game still work?

Yeah, it will, but you don't want anything else going on while you play the game or it will be rather choppy.

Everyone is an atheist about some gods, we just went one god further. - Richard Dawkins
Ism's in my opinion are not good. A person should not believe in an -ism, he should believe in himself. I quote John Lennon, "I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me."--Ferris Bueller, 1986

If you barely meet the requirements, its going to be choppy anyway. Suggest upgrading asap if the game is really important to you.

Yeah I think I'm going to buy some more memory for it.
